The High Sheriff Youth Award 'Money Matters' seminar provided a valuable insight in to the financial capability of young people when it comes to handling money and dealing with bills and debt. The seminar provided an excellent showcase to offer youth clubs such as ourselves 'Sources of Help' where we can forward student members and youngsters who have financial issues and need help, in the right direction. Agencies such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, Money Made Clear and Money Doctors offered useful information which we hold details of and can be made available to anyone on a confidential basis. So please don't hesitate to ask.

Congratulations to two of our members Josh King and Ryan Weatheritt for their efforts in gaining The N Factor a grant from the Surrey Youth Opportunity Fund (YOF) and Youth Capital Fund (YCF) that means we can now buy more activities for the boys. Well done to both members who received a certificate in 'Recognition of the positive contribution' they made to gaining funding for 'More Interactive Boys Activities'. A hearty thanks to Josh and Ryan for their hard work in applying for a grant that now means we can purchase indoor football equipment such as bibs, a soft ball and goals, along with Wii equipment and games.
