Well done to all who entered the quality of the work was stunning. Thank you to the Surrey Police & Crime Commissioner Kevin Hurley and Deputy Commissioner Jeff Harris who kindly provided the funding for this through their Joint Problem-Solving grant. Thank you also to Sgt. Alison Adams for organising help at the event, PC Owen Morgan for his excellent judging skills and a big thank you to The Mayor of Guildford, Councillor Diana Lockyer-Nibbs for accompanying the proceedings. A great event on a wonderful, sunny day.
The N-Factor Normandy Youth Club is an exciting and innovative voluntary youth club that not only seeks to provide an out of hours leisure facility in a rural community, but has also concentrated its efforts in targeting children and young people from disadvantaged or marginalised sections of our community in the surrounding hamlets of Normandy Parish and beyond. Where there had not been an out of school creative arts or sports based activity youth club in Normandy for over two decades, we are a pioneering youth club in also providing mentoring, support to NEET supervisors and members alike by offering culturally sensitive youth-work in our local rural community.
We are located in the main hall of Normandy Village Hall, Manor Fruit Farm, Glaziers Lane, Normandy, Surrey, GU3 2DE.
